About Alberto Zandi

Alberto Zandi's journey from university student to founding one of UK’s fastest growing businesses, Emerald Hospitality Group.
While studying, Alberto worked in strategy consulting gaining valuable professional experience, allowing him to advance his career. At 22 he transformed a vision into reality, building a thriving enterprise that 6 years later employs over 300 people and boasts multiple successful brands.
Alberto realised through his journey that there's a lack of real information about building a business. As a result he designed this podcast aimed at providing inspiration through authentic stories of successful entrepreneurs. The aim is to counter the misrepresentation of entrepreneurship often found in social media and instead, offer clarity and insight into the journey of building a business.

Debuted in July 2024, "30 & Thriving” is an innovative podcast which aims to inspire and guide you to embark on your own venture. Spearheaded by entrepreneur Alberto Zandi and co-founded alongside fellow entrepreneur and marketing expert Daniel Zairi.
